PERMIT APPLICATION NOTICE: Include all WI contractors involved in the project with license number, phone number, and email. Failure to provide required documents for all projects listed below will delay approval process. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED FORMS.

Accessory Structure / Deck / Hot Tub / Pool / Shed: the following documents are required.
- ONLINE PERMIT (see below)
- Wisconsin licensed contractors - include license #, phone #, and email address. *Must include BOTH electrician AND master electrician for ANY electrical permits.
- Zoning permit (printable form accessible with link below - NOT REQUIRED IF LESS THAN 150 SQUARE FEET)
- Plat of survey showing where project will be built
- 1 set of plans
- Neighborhood Association approval, if applicable.
Air Conditioner / Dishwasher / Electric / Furnace / Generator / Plumbing / Radon / Raze / ** Remodels / Roof / Siding / Water Heater / Water Softener: the following documents are required.

PROJECTS NOT REQUIRING A PERMIT ARE: Windows, Doors, Patios, or Driveways IF THE SIZE IS NOT CHANGING.

Zoning Permit Application
Click on Zoning Permit link to print form and attach to online permit. Zoning permits are required for projects noted above. Applications submitted without ALL forms will not be reviewed or approved.
Inspect Wiz Building Permit Application
Once the online permit application is completed AND all yellow highlighted fields are filled in, you will be able to submit the application. Our office will receive a notification of the permit application, and if all of the required information is received, the application will be approved and fees will be assigned. We will then contact you with the fee amount.
